Detroit Phoenix Center is a nonprofit organization that provides support, critical resources and a safe nurturing environment for youth experiencing homelessness. Our programs and services empower the youth we serve to actualize their full potential.
About This Cause
Detroit Phoenix Center is a (501c3) nonprofit organization that provides a safe place and critical resources for youth and young adults experiencing homelessness, ages 13-24. Our programs and services empower the youth we serve to actualize their full potential by getting them off the streets and providing opportunity that yields improve health, wellness and self-sufficiency. We accomplish our mission through our day shelter, educational programming/scholarship fund, intentional coaching/case management and partnerships within the community. We are the only organization of our kind in Detroit.
