Mission Statement
We are on a mission to ensure that every child in America has access to the highest-quality, free education from pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade. We are committed to academic excellence and whole-child education that cultivates mind, body, and soul, so our students can achieve their greatest life potential. When students arrive at our schools every morning, we greet them with love. Throughout the day, our teachers lead with love, recognizing the uniqueness and beauty of each of our students and believing in their infinite capacity for kindness, compassion, and greatness.
About This Cause
Over the past seven years, Zeta has grown to serve 3,200 students across two boroughs, achieving outstanding academic results that place us in the top 10% of New York State schools and among the top charter networks in NYC. Our success validates the Zeta model, which integrates rigorous academics with a whole-child approach to ensure that every student thrives. Now, we are at an inflection point and positioned to catapult into our next stage of growth. Last year, SUNY awarded us three of the remaining nine charters in NYC, with a fourth charter waitlisted, a clear vote of confidence in Zeta’s ability to grow with excellence. These approvals pave the way for us to reach 16,000+ students across three boroughs over the next 15+ years. Next year, we will expand our student body by 38% and launch three new schools in Queens, marking our first entry into the borough. The following year, we will launch our first high schools - eventually growing into two large world-class high schools serving all our Bronx & Manhattan students, and within three years, we will double in size.
