All Abroad empowers underserved high school students through exposure to world travel and global service opportunities abroad.
About This Cause
We believe exposure is key in unlocking the potential of young minds! Many underrepresented youth are not exposed to a world beyond their community and opportunities for global travel can be unimaginable due to finances and scarce resources. This lack of exposure can lead to achievement gaps both scholastically and professionally in comparison to their peers. All Abroad breaks these barriers to achievement by utilizing travel as a vehicle of empowerment. Research shows travel has a positive impact on students’ academic attainment, cultural development, future career, and personal growth & development. Youth who cultivate these skills are better equipped to compete and be successful in an ever globalizing world. In addition to providing world travel and volunteer opportunities for youth we sponsor passports year around. We also work to connect all our participants to career coaches in professions of their interest.
