About This Cause
The AT&T Employee Relief Fund (ERF) is a public charity independent from the AT&T family of companies created to help AT&T employees (and AT&T Affiliate employees) who are experiencing financial hardship due to an event beyond their control. The ERF provides grants to AT&T employees in need of food, clothing, shelter, or other necessities related to a natural disaster, an incident leading to significant damage to their home, or a personal hardship. The ERF is made possible thanks to individual donations from fellow employees and matching grants from the AT&T Foundation*. *Donations to the AT&T ERF qualify for a special campaign that offers a permanent $1:$1 match from the AT&T Foundation. Donations to the AT&T ERF will not be deducted from employees' matching gift balance.
