Mission Statement
The mission of the Latin American Relief Fund (LARF) is to support humanitarian organizations that assist migrants and refugees in Mexico, including Albergue ABBA shelter in Celaya, Guanajuato. LARF seeks to raise awareness of the plight of migrants fleeing poverty, violence, and the consequences of climate change.
About This Cause
LARF provides funding to the ABBA migrant shelter in Celaya, Mexico for monthly expenses and for operations to respond to emergency situations caused by variations in migrant flow, including large caravans. We also support educational programs for ABBA residents. LARF will also assist ABBA with an upcoming capital campaign to a new center for human rights in Celaya.
