Mission Statement
Teaching young athletes to love and respect the game of baseball is our primary mission. We challenge our players with intense training and teach and inspire them through self-empowerment and positive, uplifting messages. When our athletes really begin to understand this amazing and rewarding game, they soar with confidence and truly invest in becoming the best players they can be. Our instructors become mentors and the students push themselves harder than we ever could.
About This Cause
Swarm Baseball was established in 2013 as a little team with big aspirations. Six years and more than one hundred and fifty tournaments later, we are just getting started. As a top team in Arizona competitive youth baseball, we are humbled by our 220 families, 20 teams and 1 commitment to each other. We are also very honored to be starting our High School level program called Swarm Red Elite which will give 30 superior athletes the chance to fulfill their lifelong dreams of playing in showcase tournaments throughout the country. We strive to provide superior instruction to every athlete that wears our uniform. We understand that wins follow effort and our coaching emphasis will always be centered around effort, focus, commitment and preparation. We love to win, but will never sacrifice a player’s development or the true enjoyment of the game for a W. All of our players will possess a high baseball IQ so they may consistently perform in stressful situations no matter where they are playing or who they are competing against. We are building baseball players and athletes for life, not just for a season. Swarm Baseball isn’t for everyone. It is best suited for those players willing to work harder, study longer, and push themselves far beyond the limits of their peers. Competitive young athletes willing to commit to excellence will flourish in our program and realize opportunities once thought unattainable. We will showcase our talent in exclusive tournaments and provide a pipeline to next level programs. We will enlist high level coaches and professional trainers that have experienced competitive sports at the highest level. But most importantly, we will inspire our players to wake up early and hit an extra bucket because ultimately, he or she knows that success or failure is squarely on them; A great lesson for baseball, but an essential lesson for life. The Swarm Baseball Foundation is currently raising money for two very important reasons; we need to raise $25,000 to send our 12U players and coaches to Cooperstown New York. That money covers registration, flights, travel gear and other miscellaneous costs for this once in a lifetime, dream trip. Also, as we continue to grow our program, we have seen a significant need to offer financial assistance to talented, hard-working, underprivileged kids that want to play but cannot afford the annual fees. We are a high value, low cost program, but the start-up fees are still are high and the ongoing costs are significant for some people. Swarm Baseball not only focuses on player development on the field, but also conditioning, sportsmanship, academics and character building. Needless to say, your financial support of this competitive sports program will positively impact the lives of many kids, teens and young adults for years to come. Swarm Baseball is a 501(c)3 organization dedicated solely to the development of youth baseball in Arizona. By financially assisting our program, you are directly impacting our ‘stars of tomorrow’ and giving them an opportunity to maximize their potential. Every kid deserves a chance to play and without sponsors like you, playing on teams like the Swarm would be financially impossible for many kids. We have various donation amounts to fit your needs and our entire organization is grateful to people and companies like you that generously give back to the community.
