About This Cause
Based in Los Angeles, OUTWORDS is the first national non-profit project dedicated to recording, preserving and sharing the timeless wisdom and experience of LGBTQ+ pioneers and elders across America, to inspire everyone from queer youth to corporate CEOs. In the long run, we believe the LGBTQ civil rights movement over the past 50+ years can serve as as a model for enduring social change in the United States and beyond.
