The Jack Kolbush Foundation is non-profit 501(c)(3) dedicated to serving families of children who have cancer or chronic blood disease with the financial, educational and emotional support necessary to cope with their life threatening illness.
About This Cause
The Jack Kolbush Foundation is non-profit 501(c)(3) dedicated to serving families of children who have cancer or chronic blood disease with the financial, educational and emotional support necessary to cope with their life threatening illness. Established in 2006, The Kolbush Foundation serves children with cancer being treated at the Dwaine & Cynthia Willett Children’s Hospital at Memorial Health and throughout the Lowcountry. Jack’s Foundation provides patient assistance funding including; gas cards, prescription assistance, integrative medicine, wellness education, meal cards, holiday assistance and bereavement support. Jack’s fund also supports the Willett Children’s Hospital Outpatient Center by working with the Child Life Team to make a child’s hospital visit as kid friendly and normal as possible.
