About This Cause
FCLC provides: • professional development training, workshops and coaching for educators, leaders, and parents; • democratic strategies that empower the entire group, not just the explicit leader; • diversity, equity and inclusion or anti-oppression workshops for educators and organizations. • parenting classes for parents. FCLC is developing a rite of passage leadership program for teen youth, community organizing and civic action workshops for all ages. We are laying the groundwork to open an independent K-12 global school with a curricular focus on global sustainability, social and environmental justice.
