Mission Statement
First Responders Resiliency, Inc. is a program developed to decrease stress and enhance resiliency in first responders. We are a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization created For First Responders, by First Responders, and we are dedicated to the psychological and physical well being of those who are serving, or have served, in the industry.
About This Cause
First Responders Resiliency, Inc. (http://resiliency1st.org) located in Santa Rosa, California is a non-profit organization created "For First Responders, By First Responders." Our conferences & training bring heightened awareness to the impacts of stress and trauma in the first responder industry. Our mission is to reduce these impacts by providing proactive education and skills vital to their neurological, physical, and emotional well-being. First Responders Resiliency, Inc. has provided training to personnel from the following departments: • CAL FIRE, Alameda County Fire, Petaluma Fire, Sacramento Fire, Berkeley CA Fire, Sonoma CA Fire, Novato CA Fire, Oakland Police, Sonoma County Sheriff's Office, US Navy, US Marines, AMR, California Emergency Medical Services, National Park Service and many more across the nation.
