About This Cause
Cactus Nazarene Health Center (DBA The Well Health Center is a faith based 501 ( C ) 3 organization. We serve the underserved refugee, immigrant and migrant population of Cactus Texas. We offer full primary health care services as well as children's immunizations, Prenatal care, and Immigration physicals. Our services are offered on a sliding fee scale with the majority of our patients paying $20 for a doctor visit. We are open Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Many of our patients do not own a vehicle and have don't have the means to travel the 15 miles to the next town as there is no public transportation. Because of the low income of the clinic, your donations are the sustaining life blood for all we do to bring affordable, accessible, wholistic health care to the many cultures represented in our community.
