Mission Statement
Children's Legal Center provides free immigration legal services to children and families with children. Our services include representation of children as well as families with children because often children can only achieve safety when they have a parent/caregiver that is able to provide safety for their child. Our focus is to provide holistic services to our clients through our partnerships. This includes legal services, mental health services and housing in addition to legal services. We use a trauma-informed approach with all of our clients so that they are able heal.
About This Cause
Children's Legal Center provides free legal services children and families with children that have experienced victimization. CLC's work involves representing individuals who are seeking asylum, have been victims of human trafficking and domestic violence and children who have been abused/abandoned/neglected by a parent.
