RCHWN Mission is to support Community Health Workers (CHWs) to be effective in their ever-changing communities and to raise awareness of the CHWs valuable contribution. C.O.R.E. mission is to help community members connect to necessary resources and overcome barriers to build self-sufficiency.

Community Health Workers (CHWs) are on the frontlines of our communities, helping individuals, families, and groups navigate complexity, overcome barriers, and connect to necessary health and social service resources. Our Vision is to grow a National Community that supports and celebrates CHWs while creating visibility for their contributions.
