Mission Statement
The Newark Ohio Pride Coalition’s mission is to support, unite, and empower Licking County’s LGBTQ+ community and allies for an inclusive and equitable society through education, resources, and community.
About This Cause
We are proud to be the first LGBTQ+ community organization founded in Licking County, Ohio. Newark Ohio Pride Coalition is a volunteer-run organization proudly serving our community (and lighting up county courthouses), since 2018. As advocates for LGBTQ+ rights and visibility in Licking County, we're dedicated to fostering inclusivity, celebrating diversity, and supporting the LGBTQ+ community. We envision a community where all members feel connected, supported, and safe.
