About This Cause
Act To Change is a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit working to end bullying among Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) youth. It is the only national group with this primary focus, with an interdisciplinary approach that spans education, public health, and civil rights. Act To Change was founded by Obama White House staff and Commissioners in 2015 and incorporated as a nonprofit in 2018. We are led by a Board of Directors composed of educators, policymakers, and business and community leaders.
