Mission Statement
It is the Pamplico Center for Community Development’s Mission to serve as the centerpiece for outreach and enhance the quality of life of the residents of the Pamplico Community by: - Promoting and providing services in the areas of Personal and Family Wellness - Educating our young people and adults with the knowledge needed to make good decisions in the areas of finance, education, personal health and safety - Empowering and Encouraging our residents by providing an outlet to display and enhance their talents in the areas of Art and Music

The Pamplico Center for Community Development is striving to be the heartbeat of our community—a nonprofit devoted to empowering individuals and families through meaningful outreach and life-enhancing services. We are dedicated to revitalizing the Old Gibbs School, transforming it into a center of strength, opportunity, and empowerment. Through this space, we strive to enrich lives by: - Promoting Personal and Family Wellness, equipping individuals with resources to nurture their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. - Empowering youth and adults with essential knowledge and skills to make confident, informed decisions in finance, education, health, and safety—building a foundation for lifelong success. We believe that when people have access to the right resources, education, and support, they can build healthier, safer, and more financially secure futures. At PCCD, we don’t just want to offer programs—we want to create pathways to success, foster connections, and inspire lasting change.
