Mission Statement
At Sequoia Dental Ministries, we equip and empower women to live, work, and thrive in the victory and wholeness of Jesus while utilizing opportunities in the dental field to educate and train for career placement. Our three branches of SDM in which we do this are mission, school and empowerment.
About This Cause
Sequoia Dental Assisting School operates out of our office at Hartley Bridge Family Dentistry. Sequoia DAS is a minimum 10 week program that trains students to become certified dental assistants. Our heart and vision is that Sequoia Dental Assisting School would serve a need in the dental community for highly trained CDAs but also help women who are trying to break free from poverty, homelessness, exploitation and/or domestic violence. We believe in the power of generational life change and the power that comes from knowledge and education. We have also branched out to include Sequoia Dental Ministries which includes but is not limited to providing dental care to the local homeless and the orphans at Orphanage Emmanuel in Honduras.
