Mission Statement
At Hearts & Horses Therapeutic Riding Center, our mission is to enhance physical, cognitive and emotional wellbeing through equine partnerships.
About This Cause
Nestled in the foothills in Northern Colorado, Hearts & Horses is a well-respected PATH (Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship) International Premier Accredited Facility that has an outstanding record serving those with physical, mental and emotional needs since 1997. Recently Hearts & Horses was awarded “Non-Profit of the Year” by the Loveland Chamber of Commerce. We serve an average of 160 riders per week with the primary assistance of a wonderful herd of horses, over 1,500 volunteers annually and our highly qualified staff. Our program serves a diverse population within our local community which includes: children and adults with physical and cognitive disabilities, at-risk youth, veterans, and seniors with Alzheimer's.
