About This Cause
HMY is a community of meditators & yogis, meditation & yoga teachers, who hold community practices throughout the Washington Heights area of New York City. We are looking to expand into schools and provide classes for children and outreach for families. We are dedicated to the principles of non-violence, non-discrimination, and education for all. We understand that peace begins within the individual and compassion emanates out from that peace.
