Mission Statement
To provide education and ongoing support about how to adopt and sustain plant-centered eating habits.
About This Cause
We strive to build a "community of health" based on the practice of whole food, plant-based (WFPB) food choices, i.e. grains, legumes, vegetables, and fruits, and with minimal processed foods, sugar, oil, and salt. We are an independent member organization of the Physicians Commitee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM) Pod network. We offer a variety of regular meetings, cooking classes, and educational events open to all. We also do significant community outreach to healthcare providers, community centers, and other community groups.
