About This Cause
VietCorps is a non-profit organization based in the Washington DC area. Our mission is to develop programs for students and young professionals to volunteer their time, energy, and passion in charitable and community service projects in Vietnam and the United States. VietCorps strives to make a positive difference to the lives of the individuals and communities we serve. Our activities include service projects, as well as providing assistance and charitable giving to less fortunate groups and communities. Our founding and Board Members are Vietnamese-American professionals with diverse backgrounds, such as legal, business, economics, finance, engineering, and technology. Our members have worked and volunteered extensively in Vietnam and we are active in a number of community projects in the United States.
