Mission Statement
P3 Israel provides support to Israel where needed. Our U.S. volunteer effort builds strong and lasting relationships between the people and communities of Israel. Teams comprised of people of all faiths and walks of life, sharing commitment to Israel and its people. P3 stands for people, partnerships and provision.
About This Cause
Together, we are on a journey of discovery, seeking to build bridges that will bring people and communities closer together. A journey to bring together people from all walks of life who have a heart for the land and the people of Israel, creating partnerships and advancing common goals to deliver help and assistance and meet the needs of people and communities in Israel and in the United States. It is our hope, that through our work, real, long lasting and beneficial connections and relationships will be formed between communities in Israel and the US and between our team members and the Israelis they meet. P3 Israel was born out of tragedy. Moran Alumi-Barnea living on Kibbutz Bet HaEmek in the Western Galilee of Israel, passed away in 2014 after a long and painful fight against cancer. She left behind two boys, Gil aged 3, Nevo aged 6 and a devoted husband, Yanai, who had nursed her throughout her illness. When a call went out from Moran’s family for help creating a grove of fruit trees that would be a symbol of life and remembrance, some friends from Texas decided that they wanted to be part of this mission. After many years of involvement with Israel, they had a vision of creating an organization that would work with communities and organizations in Israel. They envisaged groups of Americans coming to Israel, working on community projects and developing strong, long term relationships with people and places.
