Crossing barriers, Connecting Cultures. EchoX equitably engages and connects the many thriving ethnic cultural communities that find their home in the Pacific Northwest.
About This Cause
We have four target areas related to our mission of connecting ethnic communities and supporting and helping to amplify the work of ethnic heritage and social justice groups: •Advancing digital access and literacy •Growing an online searchable database listing community organizations and resources •Highlighting narratives and stories from all ethnic communities •Empowering youth identity and voices with a platform for their multimedia presentations We have four main initiatives: •Voices: articles and stories highlighting ethnic and cultural communities •Directory: listings of community resources, organizations, artists and groups •Calendar: where you find and add to community event listings •Digitize: youth driven platform for collaborations, mutual engagement and creative expression
