Mission Statement
In the wake of the horrific massacre on October 7th and the barbaric attacks of Hamas, Jews and Israelis worldwide have witnessed an unfolding nightmare. Israel is at war on multiple fronts and has called up 360,000 Israeli reservists to defend their homeland. The logistical complexity is unprecedented, and the need for a strong community response is critical. Without an efficient and experienced operation, there are material risks, such as equipment stalled in transit or worse, lacking necessary certifications for military use.
About This Cause
We are a team comprised of IDF veterans, CEO’s of multi-national companies, experts from logistics to legal counsel. We have united and focused 24/7 to deliver for Israel. Good will is not enough. In the face of a complex regulatory environment and logistic challenges that intensify several fold in the state of war and uncertainty - it is critical to own experience and relevant infrastructure. The Shields of Steel team has been operating since the 2006 war, and has successfully established the pipelines and necessary validation processes. We are the largest aggregator and organizer of this complex supply chain; in coordination with the Israeli government and military to get equipment where it is needed most, in a timely manner, as well as qualifying key social initiatives to support the affected civilian population. Shields of Steel is a project of GSD Advisers Inc., a 501(c)3 not for profit organization. All donations fully tax deductible to the extent of the law. The organization has no overhead, takes no management fee or commissions. 100 % of the donations go directly to protecting our soldiers and defending Israel.
