Mission Statement
The mission of Care for Students is to enable skilled volunteers from around the world to improve learning outcomes for the next generation of driven public-school students, particularly those of low-income or underrepresented backgrounds, through intimate and engaging virtual, small-group tutoring.
About This Cause
Care for Students is a 501(c)3 non-profit focused on improving learning outcomes for public school students, with a particular emphasis on those of low-income or underrepresented backgrounds. We do this by supporting both classrooms and students through our four-pillars: curriculum focused weekly remote tutoring that provides academic support and mentorship to students, feedback to help educators tailor the topics they focus on in their classrooms, measured outcomes to track our progress, and targeted philanthropy to support pre-existing programs at schools.
