A network of friends, inspired by Gospel values, growing in holiness and building a more just world through personal relationships with and service to people in need.
About This Cause
The mission of the society is to reach out and assist individuals and families in our local community - regardless of race, religion, or any other factor who are experiencing a temporary crisis in their lives as a result of sudden illness or injury, loss of employment, divorce, or other unforeseen factor. The society provides those we serve with food and financial assistance as well as referral services. This assistance allows the then to weather their temporary crisis and to return to the community as full, participating members with their lives, homes, and human dignity intact.
