Youth On Their Own supports the high school graduation and continued success of youth experiencing homelessness.
About This Cause
Youth On Their Own (YOTO) strives to eliminate barriers to education and empower Southern Arizona’s housing-insecure youth in grades 6-12 to stay in school. Since 1986, YOTO has supported this unique demographic by providing financial assistance, basic human needs, guidance, and more. We also assist our graduates in their pursuit of higher education, workplace readiness, and other opportunities for self-sufficiency. Our program serves approximately 1,500 youth annually throughout Tucson and Pima County, Arizona. In 2022, 82% of YOTO seniors graduated!
