Our mission is to provide free legal and social services to detained adults and unaccompanied children facing immigration removal proceedings in Arizona. Our vision is to ensure that all immigrants facing removal have access to counsel, understand their rights under the law, and are treated fairly and humanely. The Florence Project participates in local and national advocacy and outreach initiatives to amplify the voice of immigrant detainees and ensure they are treated fairly and humanely. We also act as a national resource development center for “know your rights” materials for detainees, legal service providers, and community organizations.
