Mission Statement
The Foster Alliance's mission is to support the foster care community by providing essentials to benefit children in foster care. Our full commitment is to provide our services in a safe, human-centric environment, where our broad community (donors, volunteers, clients, and staff), can support families who open their hearts and homes to the more than 14,000 children in foster care. Our collaborative efforts throughout the State of Arizona are grounded in our why: we believe all kids deserve a chance to win!
About This Cause
Since 1998, The Foster Alliance (formerly Arizona Helping Hands) has had a strong history of providing a broad range of services and since we narrowed our focus in 2014 to the foster care community, we have become the state's largest provider of essential services. Our organizational infrastructure and program models have shaped our organization into a professional, innovative, and nimble human-centric entity. The Foster Alliance's mission is to support the foster care community by providing essentials to benefit children in foster care. Our full commitment is to provide our services in a safe, human-centric environment, where our broad community (donors, volunteers, clients, and staff), can support families who open their hearts and homes to the more than 14,000 children in foster care. Our collaborative efforts throughout the State of Arizona are grounded in our why: we believe all kids deserve a chance to win! The generosity of our donor community provides resources in the way of product and monetary support and for that, we are forever grateful.
