Mission Statement
iHelp, with a collective, community-driven mindset, employs a unique approach towards humanitarianism that educates, enriches, and fosters self-sustainability in the communities we serve. We collaborate with global partners to identify community needs concerning infrastructure, healthcare, and education and respond with innovative, tailored solutions, ultimately eliminating the socioeconomic divide troubling underserved parts of the world.
About This Cause
We are a relatively new Nonprofit that has a lot of dedicated volunteers and leadership with years of experience in the areas we hope to impact. We have several projects started and several we hope to get up and running, but we need your support to help our vision come to fruition! Our projects focus on the most underserved and marginalized individuals and communities across the world. We work with several existing organizations and community members to make long term, tailored, and sustainable solutions in the populations we seek to serve. We focus on addressing areas that impact social determinants of heath in the most sustainable ways. This includes increasing access to healthcare, education, clean water, nutrition, vital infrastructure, and local economy. We also hope inspire and make impacts to help nurture and enrich current and future ethical, empathetic, and compassionate healthcare professionals by providing them opportunities to learn through service in their local communities. By teaching and training future healthcare professionals through Service Learning and Community-Based Medical Education, we hope to enhance the education of our future healthcare providers domestically, enhance awareness of local and international inequalities, and instill a holistic view of approaching healthcare. We hope to contribute to a green and sustainable world through our solutions by implementing and utilizing renewable energy, reducing supplies that would end up in landfills when feasible, and contributing to greener and more environmentally sustainable solutions locally and abroad.
