100 Roses From Concrete, a service organization founded by 2021 Adweek Change Creator of the Year, DEI industry leader Keni Thacker, is a public charity with tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code. Founded in the fall of 2019, it is a network and community for people of color in advertising, marketing, media, and public relations. Its purpose is to serve and engage diverse talent, connect with others, share knowledge and resources, and create industry-wide change.
