About This Cause
VIVA PIMA! is a nonpolitical, nonsectarian, 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit corporation that is managed and staffed by volunteers who are dedicated to working to improve the lives of those in need in the Tucson area. Our more than 350 volunteers donate over 50,000 hours annually serving our community through our philanthropic programs. VIVA PIMA!’s programs are funded by sales from our thrift shop and by grants, gifts, and donations. All our revenue remains in the Tucson area and is used solely to support our local philanthropic endeavors. Through our programs, our member volunteers help those in need find better, more meaningful lives by addressing the physical and emotional needs of children and adults of all ages, regardless of race or creed.
