Mission Statement
SOS’s ongoing projects include the provision of water and sanitation solutions in urban slums and rural communities, rescuing orphaned and abandoned children and placing them in families, providing primary education opportunities among slum children and combating malnutrition. SOS also helps rescue and provide after care for women and children trafficked for the purpose of sexual exploitation.
About This Cause
SOS International Ministries is a US public charity based in Roanoke TX, working in the US and in India, facilitating and operating compassion outreaches with a focus on social development. SOS is committed to searching for and developing sustainable life-saving and life-altering solutions to problems caused and perpetuated by generational poverty. Working closely with churches, individuals, businesses and foundations, SOS’s ongoing projects include the provision of water and sanitation solutions in urban slums and rural communities in India, rescuing orphaned and abandoned children and placing them in families, providing primary education opportunities among slum children and combating malnutrition through feeding programs. SOS also helps rescue and provide after care for women and children trafficked for the purpose of sexual exploitation. In the US, Sower of Seeds Int'l helps recruit and manage volunteers for local charities through Hope for North Texas.
