About This Cause
The Venus Sutila Foundation is a non- profit organization created in Kinshasa/ Democratic Republic of Congo on October 20th 2017 by Mrs Venus M Sutila. Being based on the humanitarian crisis and field . The main aim of FVS is to promote the integration of the underprivileged people across the world in society through evangelism. We strongly emphasize on impoverished orphans women victims of sexual abuse people in irregular detention disabled children the abandoned patients ( sick) widows in hard situations and Homeless people. According to our purpose of ensuring the development of children in the most precarious corners around the world we work on four principal axes: Education, Health,Food and Housing. # Education For its natural resources the world has a human potential of unlimited knowledge from the birth and death rates that occur every day which makes the statistics of the world population unstable. However we realized that in the 10 countries with the lowest enrollment rates 40%of children do not have access to basic education or 18 million in the Democratic Republic of Congo for instance as in several countries in precarious corners of the world it is clearly illustrated how humanitarian emergencies and protracted crises prevent children and young people from accessing education. It is well known accessing education. It is well known that children are the future of the country and the quality of education acquired by them plays a major role in the future state of the nation. School is a favorable place for every man which ensures his development and no one has to be prevented from it. Unfortunately I’m DRCongo only about 30% of children have access to education in society despite the efforts made by most of the guarantors of change we notice and highlight the case of orphaned children and young girls victims of sexual violence. As a result of inhuman practices and various forms of discrimination inflicted on them by society orphaned children and young victims of sexual abuse are kept away from the educational concept due to the lack of required opportunities that can allow them to meet their needs for education. Recalling that education is not the most powerful weapon that can be used to change the world it is immediately important to put in place the necessary means allowing orphan children and victims of sexual violence to have access to a brighter education. Captivated by its sense of commitment and enthusiasm the Venus Sutila Foundation works in the reintegration of orphaned children and victims of sexual violence in Society while being based on evangelization through its humanitarian works. Willing to protect and promote the development of future society especially since today’s youth is the future of the country the FVS has set itself the goal of educating orphaned and destitute children followed by those who are victims of sexual abuse by providing adequate support for school supplies school fees as well as everything they need to access quality education in addition to this we have established the reintegration of these young people into society by creating various professions ensuring their independence and their academic development. The Venus Sutila Foundation aims to promote the assets of orphaned children and victims of sexual violence by making them participate in all forms of activities stimulating self confidence and the exclusion of all anti value including banditry drugs consumption scam etc. We propose to organize field trips in each targeted corner in order to be able to broaden our action plan on the educational level. As a result we strongly believe in our contribution to a generation of children ready to build their lives and communities transmit the knowledge acquired at school to subsequent generations and forge their identity with the elements of the culture that has been taught to them transmitted through learning by becoming the custodian of this culture and the values that have been brought to them. The final ambition of The foundation is therefore to train free responsible beings and useful to the society. # FOOD across the world , there are more than 795 million people who suffer from hunger , of which 154.8 million children are believed to have chronic or acute signs of malnutrition . The majority of people suffering from undernourishment bare found in Asia and the Pacific , while more than 250 million people are in Africa . in the Democratic Republic of Congo , for example , nearly 20 million people are in need of emergency food assistance , according to the most recent UN assessments. The vast majority of them live in the eastern provinces south-Kivu, Tanganika , Ituri and in the central region of Kasai . The intensification of armed conflicts in some areas has worsened an already extremely fragile situation , forcing families to give up everything to flee the violence . Starting with their fields, which provided them with something to live on . The 5 million displaced people are the most vulnerable . They depend on odd daily jobs and humanitarian assistance when available . But , the climax of all this is seeing the children suffering from acute malnutrition , and how they are forced to spend their day in the country's mineral dumps in order to collect copper . the conflicts taking place in the DRC affect the future prospects of children , who are the first victims , and they are forced to move to avoid violence against them . These forced displacements prevent children from getting proper nutrition , which makes them vulnerable to diseases such as Kwashiokor, anemia, beriberi, pellagra and scurvy . And these diseases can themselves cause diarrhea , rash , edema ,and heart failure. Lack of access to a consistent diet not only leads to various forms of diseases, but it is also the cause of children walking around and begging in the streets, exposed to bad weather, accidents and even death. As a consequence of undernourishment , rising food prices and natural disasters have also caused many families to be unable to access sufficient quality and quantity of food , and this also affects physical and intellectual growth . of several children in world. In order to prevent undernourishment and save lives all over the world , the FVS works with orphanages to help low growing children , while centralizing the evangelization Thai is the object of its actions . In addition to this, the Venus Sutila Foundation provides daily support for the Homeless , Sick and Prisoners, distributing consistent food and everything they need to gain better growth. We are also implementing measures to come to the aid of children and families at risk of malnutrition by transferring money, distributing food supplements and promoting breastfeeding . As providing long -term support to small producers and marginalized people to help them cope with shocks and improve their productivity and access to markets is a key to ending world hunger, the FVS aims to invest in agricultural programs designed by itself to combat malnutrition . And one of the projects in preparation is support for small producers and marginalized women in agriculture , by way of helping them cope with. Shocks and improve their productivity and access to markets . we advocate for a global transformation of food systems to make them more sustainable , resilient and just. At the same time, to meet the needs of people impacted by faults in global systems, we are helping vulnerable populations regain food self-sufficiency in many countries. # HEALTH Health today occupies a central place in the development issues of a country . Appearing then as an increasingly important element of contemporary social transformations, adequate health care is a necessity in all corners of the world , accentuated in poor and precarious areas. Health care is severely inefficient in many communities in the developing world, and income disparities are widespread. Therefore, one of our main objectives is to design strategies and carry out projects that will tackle the problem of health care through material , moral and spiritual support , as well as community sensitization . The Venus Sutila Foundation works in two main health fields which are, the sector of children with neurological , psychiatric and genetic diseases, and The field of acquisition of better primary health care for the poor of all segments of age in the wold. For instance , autism, a disability that affects many families in terms of development and among the thousands of children who are born with this condition . One of the worst parts of having autism in most parts of the world is that several of them just get kicked out of school and leave , and this is especially the case in African countries . The reason for this dropout is linked to the fact that autism too often affects the ability to communicate and leads to behavioral problems including unusual reactions . By reason of experience and by the desire to change the way our societies look at children living with affected neurological conditions ;the FVS aims to provide support by setting up a day care center for autistic children and a training center which will be run by suitable professionals and well-trained instructors, in order to provide quality support and help these children to full integrate them into society . Always been said that health is priceless , the Venus Sutila Foundation is concerned about excellent medical care for disadvantaged people too, and therefore aims to create a hospital for underprivileged people across the world . By doing so, we were able to support several families with medical bills payment , which were holding them back in the hospital, and also with hygienic and medical supplies to many hospital's corporations. By creating the Venus Sutila Foundation, we aim to ensure that the disparities between medically underserved communities are reduced. The Venus Sutila Foundation is currently implementing in Democratic Republic of Congo ( Kinshasa, Kongo Central Bunia), Republic of Congo (Brazzaville ), Ivory Cost ( Abidjan )and the United States (North Carolina,Illinois ,and Minnesota).
