Mission Statement
To strengthen mental health by building emotional resilience and compassion in children and teens.
About This Cause
Our goal is to reduce the number of children and teens experiencing the pain of mental health issues while supporting and providing hope to those that do. STRATEGY 1: Equip parents/caregivers with the knowledge and skills they need to recognize early warning signs of mental health issues and to better connect with and support the children and teens in their lives through awareness and emotional connections. STRATEGY 2: Initiate and maintain dialogue with struggling children and teens to help them understand that they are not alone, that it is ok not to be ok, to increase their knowledge and understanding of mental health and to connect them with available mental health resources. STRATEGY 3: Equip educators with the knowledge and skills they need to recognize early warning signs of mental health issues, to better connect with and support their students through awareness and emotional connections, and to better connect with and support the parents and caregivers of their students.
