Healthy Archuleta is dedicated to advancing food production, health and community wellness through food/nutrition resource assistance, educational programs, advocacy, systems work, and promoting community-driven solutions that lead to a healthier Archuleta.
About This Cause
Healthy Archuleta, Inc. was established on September 10, 2021 as a non-profit corporation in CO, and in March 2022 Healthy Archuleta was established as a 501(c)3 charitable organization. We focus on 2 areas of learning: Food System/Food Equity, and Community Wellness/Health Equity. Under the FSFE we focus on food production, healthy food access, food waste prevention & resource recovery, and food entrepreneurship. Under CWHE we focus on nutrition security and community education.
