Mission Statement
Build long lasting connections between communities through safe spaces for youth that provide programs to support their well-being and advances them academically. The goal is to reduce conflict and violence amongst neighborhoods and instead build healthy relationships with peers and families.
About This Cause
Doo_Da Activities is committed to engaging youth, supporting parents, and uniting our communities throughout San Francisco, CA. We saw a need for kids to get outdoors and have physical activity with their peers and family. Furthermore, shelter in place left them in isolation, stifled their social and communication skills, and often times negatively impacted their mental health. Through Doo_Da Activities we offer programs to address these needs and more for youth ages 4 - 18. We offer an activities program that promotes physical health, a child advocacy program that connects youth and their families with local resources, and a mentoring/coaching program catered to empowering youth and providing tools and resources for a healthy lifestyle.
