North Alabama Elite Sports Association (NAESA), dba North Alabama Wolfpack, is a Non-Profit 501 (C) (3) organization [EIN: 87-4571411] founded with a vision of influencing the dynamic student athletes of North Alabama towards becoming the absolute best version of themselves at home, in school and throughout the greater community.
About This Cause
Dear Prospective North Alabama Wolfpack Supporter, THANK YOU. Thank you first and foremost for taking out the time to read this letter. Thank you again for your consideration in supporting such an amazing opportunity. Thank you once more for understanding our mission and seeing our vision. And thank you most of all for your generous donation to this worthwhile cause. Without supporters like you our achievements would not be possible. WHO WE ARE At our core, the North Alabama Wolfpack is more than just an organization, we are a family. As we embark our second official season together, we are thankful for all that we have been able to accomplish to date and excited about what is to come in the 2023 season. In our first year as a program, our Pack was able to do more than simply play football and cheerlead. Additionally, we were able to travel out of state, tour college campuses including Alabama, Auburn and Tuskegee and get a true sense of what it means to be a student athlete. We served our community by cleaning the yards of the elderly and/or physically challenged, donated to the Manna House, and coordinate a coat drive for those in need throughout our community. We were also able to celebrate National Public Lands Day with the Land Trust as we worked together to build nature trails, a truly unforgettable experience that will last a lifetime. Thanks to a few generous donations and a lot of resourcefulness, our Pack has been able to have numerous invaluable experiences. However, we still face substantial financial challenges if we are to continue growing our program going forward. Expenses relating to safety, equipment, professional training, practices, travel and game facility rentals make up the bulk of our direct costs. While additional costs such as insurance, tutoring, and providing scholarships (along with other necessities) for need based participants and families account for the majority of our indirect expenses. Given these outputs, our current overhead levels are in need of significant monetary support from visionary donors such as you in order to be sustained as our programs continues to grow towards our goals. OUR GOAL It is our goal to make football fun, familial and affordable for ANY child that desires to play. (No Child Left Behind) In efforts to achieve this goal, we need the support and sponsorship of individuals, brands, businesses and companies such as yours who see our vision and can help us achieve our mission. With your support, our student athletes will have an opportunity to play football while traveling and creating lifelong bonds, memories and experiences. Traveling will afford the student athletes of North Alabama the opportunity to compete at a high level and showcase their talents on a regional and national platform. We are confident that by supporting our Pack’s desire to compete at such prominent levels, they will develop into true winners both on and off the field by passionately striving for greatness in sports and in life itself. HOW YOU CAN HELP We are seeking direct contributions of any size from our fellow community members and stakeholders. We have various support levels, including sponsoring an individual student athlete, sponsoring a game, sponsoring the entire team, giving a heartfelt donation, or providing in-kind support (e.g., donating facility space, equipment, transportation services, etc.). Attached you will find additional information regarding how you and those you may know can support our program. The North Alabama Wolfpack Family is a division of North Alabama Elite Sports Association (NAESA), a Non-Profit 501 (C) (3) organization [EIN: 87-4571411] founded with a vision of influencing the dynamic student athletes of North Alabama towards becoming the absolute best version of themselves at home, in school and throughout the greater community.
