About This Cause
Kids & Horses offers adaptive riding, teaching individuals with special needs horseback riding skills. There are a wide variety of therapeutic benefits that branch from these half hour lessons taught by professional instructors. Licensed physical, occupational, and speech therapists work from Kids & Horses. They spend a half hour in the gym and a half hour on horseback. The movement of the horse serves as a therapy tool. Kids & Horses has been operating since 1999. Since then, Kids & Horses has been providing a safe, healthy, and happy environment for the people that have walked through their doors. Kids & Horses takes pride in helping change the lives of some people in their community.
