Mission Statement
SURVIVORSHIP Our mission is to help anyone facing a cancer diagnosis become a survivor from DAY 1 At the Lurie cancer center, patients not only see their oncologist, they get a team of doctors to help them thrive through therapy. The multi-disciplinary approach with a nutritionist and heart doctor as well as mental health experts, allow patients to remain healthy and tolerate treatment longer. It’s a novel way to treat cancer and help save more lives. Studies show treating the whole person, helps cancer patients live longer.
About This Cause
Having FUN while FUNDRAISING! 2024 is our 3rd annual Harbor Lawn Party and Bocce tournament. The charity was born out of love for cancer warriors who left us too soon. 100% volunteer committed to 100% donations to the cause.
