About This Cause
Friends and valued donors Young individuals and couples, adults and families, thousands of Jews from around the world, and tens of thousands of Jews from Israel, flock to El Nido, Philippines. At Chabad House El Nido, they find a warm Jewish home, a free-spirited coffee corner, comfortable seating areas for rest and socializing, opportunities to don tefillin, Torah classes, Shabbat meals, synagogue prayers, and a place for the Jewish heart to be uplifted and connected. The required financial amount to secure the future and fulfill the dream of bringing Chabad House to every Jew is $250,000. With this amount, we will finalize the lease agreement, establish a kosher kitchen, a Shabbat hall, guest rooms, a beautiful synagogue, a Jewish children's garden, a kosher bakery, a restaurant and kosher store, a medical first aid center, and a place that will cater to the needs of every Jew – a Chabad House where the name of the Almighty will resonate for eternity.
