JOSHWAY is a passionate and innovative non-profit organization dedicated to nurturing and empowering Lehigh Valley’s next generation of creative talent. We accomplish this through meaningful partnerships with local schools and community centers, providing inspiring educational programs and cutting-edge technology initiatives. Our mission is to cultivate a confident community of young artists by equipping them with the necessary tools and support to turn their artistic dreams into tangible accomplishments. Our team of experienced professionals takes the lead in offering resources, valuable guidance, and mentorship. Through our efforts, we aim to unlock each student’s full potential, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals, resulting in a thriving and artistically vibrant community.
About This Cause
At JOSHWAY, we believe in empowering the next generation by addressing the full spectrum of their needs. Our programs are designed to develop youth as confident leaders while tackling the challenges that impact their mental health and well-being. We’ve crafted a unique approach that balances two essential pillars: Leadership Development: Through programs inspired by Korn Ferry’s leadership principles, we equip youth with critical skills like visionary thinking, collaboration, resilience, and adaptability. These competencies prepare them to lead with confidence in their schools, communities, and beyond. Addressing Key Risk Factors: Grounded in research from the Youth Mental Health Tracker, we embed strategies into our programs to address the six critical challenges facing today’s youth—social support, sense of belonging, social media impacts, negative life experiences, stress, and physical health. From financial literacy workshops to mindfulness practices and creative arts initiatives, our programs are pillars of support, guiding youth toward a future filled with promise and possibility. At JOSHWAY, we’re not just empowering youth to succeed—we’re preparing them to lead, thrive, and make a lasting impact.
