Mission Statement
Our mission is to inspire learning and to build healthier lives in order to strengthen our community. Since 2011, Never The Less founder Doris Thomas and her dedicated volunteers have been committed to helping young women realize their value and potential by teaching them that they are Never the Less, but Always the More. Never The Less, Inc. is a 501(3)c non-profit organization that provides programs for 7th-12th grade girls in the Cincinnati area in order to enhance their potential as they move toward high school graduation, prepare them for employment and career choices, instill community activism and encourage them to reach back and help the next generation prosper. All of our programming is based on an approach that incorporates mentoring, life skills, enrichment activities, and service to others. Never The Less is committed to compassionate support of its clients in and out of the classroom.
About This Cause
Never The Less is a non-profit organization that teaches, encourages and advocates for at-risk girls, ages 12-17. All participants attend our after school teaching program that prepares them in the area of job readiness, confidence, self-esteem, character, and self-sufficiency. We also provide other in- school programs and positive social and work experiences.
