Mission Statement

Alki Cooperative Preschool is part of the South Seattle College Cooperative Preschools Program. SSC Cooperative Preschools provide developmentally appropriate, engaging, play-based learning curriculum for children ages 0-5 years. In addition, parents of our students are enrolled in the the SSC Parent Education Program through which they attend monthly parent education meetings, quarterly parenting seminars and weekly hands-on "lab time" working in the classroom with the teachers and other students.

About This Cause

Alki Co-op is a non-profit 501 (c) 3 that serves approximately 60 families annually in cooperative preschool and parent education providing low cost, high quality preschool for children and professional development for the most important job - parenting.
