Mission Statement
Our mission is to enhance the quality of life of senior adults in our community through recreation, information, education and nutritional services, including health and wellness programs.
About This Cause
Seniors can be very vulnerable and lonely. Our center provides a safe environment to make friends, eat lunch, play games, exercise, dance and take day trips. For some of our seniors, our lunch are their only nutritionally sound and hot meal of the day. The exercise classes are to the level of a senior and not that of a high intensive gym. Accomodations are made for all levels.
