Mission Statement
Friends of CASA provides financial assistance to meet the special needs of abused and neglected children in the King County dependency system who are served by Court-Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs).
About This Cause
Court-Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs) are volunteers who are appointed by Juvenile Court to represent the best interests of children in dependency cases, where abuse or neglect has been alleged or established. Friends of CASA is a 501 (c) (3) organization that provides support to children served by CASAs when there is no other source of support available, with the goal of promoting safety, well-being and permanence in the children's lives.
