Mission Statement

The Edith Bishel Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired has two full time employees that care for six Eastern Washington State Counties with a population of 575,000 people. We are the only resource to provide education, training, resources and products. We are a non-profit center that offers the following programs for the visually impaired and blind. About This Cause

The Edith Bishel Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the blind and visually impaired in southeastern Washington. Our mission is to enrich the independence and quality of life for individuals who are blind and visually impaired. We are proud to serve Benton, Franklin, Walla Walla, Columbia, Yakima, and Klickitat counties.
