Mission Statement
The Admiral Theatre is Kitsap County’s premier live entertainment and events venue located in Bremerton, Washington. The Admiral Theatre Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit arts organization responsible for operating and preserving this historic landmark and newly-renovated performing arts center. Our mission is to enrich the local communities through arts, cultural education and entertainment. We pride ourselves as a community and cultural hub, encouraging local performance groups and artists, as well as area nonprofits, businesses and service organization to benefit from our facility.
About This Cause
In 1990 the Admiral Theatre Foundation was formed with a commitment to renovate, re-open and operate, the newly city acquired Admiral Theatre, for the benefit of the citizens of Bremerton and Kitsap County. In 1997 the Admiral Theatre re-opened with it's first performing season. Now entering the 20th presenting season, the Admiral Theatre hosts more than 120 public events annually welcoming more than 50,000 patrons each year along with 10,000 children attending it's School Day Shows. The Theatre is supported by both Public and Private funding.
