We desire to be the hands & feet of Jesus to those in Haiti and to help provide Haitian people with skills and education that will help them to rise out of the grips of poverty.
About This Cause
Heartline Maternity Center - The Maternity Center is a place where expectant mothers can find medical care and support, education, safe and sanitary conditions, and respect for them and their babies. Men's Discipleship Program & Bakery - Jesus is the “Bread of Life,” and this program isn’t only about baking bread, but is designed to teach men what it means to be disciples of Jesus Christ and how to share the Living Bread as well. It encourages, supports, and stands with men as they become involved fathers and husbands while growing into honest men with Godly character who are known for their integrity. Women's Center - The Women’s Program serves to teach women in Haiti valuable life skills in order to support their families out of the cycle of poverty. This dream is coming into reality every day as women learn to read and write, learn to sew, learn to make jewelry, learn to cook, and learn to run their own businesses. It is our ultimate desire to see women discover their God-given talents and abilities and to know they are treasured themselves! Student Sponsorship - Heartline Ministries partners with a school just outside of the Cite Soleil neighborhood, a slum neighborhood with high crime and violence, to provide children from this area with the opportunity for an education. In Haiti, all schooling requires tuition. Most of these children’s families do not have the resources to allow their children to attend school. Sponsorship of these students covers the child’s tuition, school supplies, uniform costs, and a meal during school.
