PAWS is a champion for animals—rehabilitating injured and orphaned wildlife, sheltering and adopting homeless cats and dogs, and educating people to make a better world for animals and people.
About This Cause
PAWS (Progressive Animal Welfare Society) provides professional, gentle care for the animals entrusted to usfrom homeless pets, to sick, injured and orphaned wildlife. We also believe in creating systemic change through education and grassroots advocacy to address the root causes of abuse, neglect and indifference. PAWS envisions the world to be a place where all people recognize the intrinsic value of animal life, are mindful of the impact of their daily behaviors and choices regarding animals, and consistently demonstrate compassion and respect.
